TRAINING AND SERVICES DIVISION
This division carries out the following role:-
- Planning, implementing, supervising and coordinating human resource affairs (personnel) for the department both at state and national level, covering the aspects of:-
- Service record of staff and officers
- Leave of staff and officers
- Department and PTK exams for both staff and officers
- Promotion of staff and officers
- Transfer of staff and officers
- Discipline issues for staff and officers
- Retirement of staff and officers
- Planning, implementing and coordinating human resource affairs for the department at both state and national level including training and courses.
- Planning implementing and coordinating the development and promotion of the department’s organisation at both state and national level, that is, to draft and prepare papers on the restructuring of the organisation etc.
- Acts as a secretariat to the Disciplinary Board, National Department of Art and Culture.
