ADMINISTRATION DIVISION

The role of the division is as follows:-

  • Planning, implementing and coordinating management and general administration activities at national and state levels.
    • Meeting affairs
    • Office administration
    • Office security
    • Parliamentary affairs
  • Planning, implementing and coordinating the physical infrastructure development of arts and culture such as the building of a State Culture Park and Regional Art Centres.
  • Planning, implementing and coordinating the transportation activities of the division, that is, maintenance and schedule of usage of vehicles, and drivers’ schedules.
  • Planning, implementing and coordinating information technology affairs of the division at state and national levels.
  • Planning, managing, coordinating and monitoring matters in relation to office equipment and office items.
  • Planning, managing, coordinating and monitoring the equipment needs of the department.
  • Managing and coordinating office’s security and morale.
  • Planning, managing, implementing and coordinating communication and public relation activities.
